Payment

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal and are encrypted for your safety.

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. We work closely with Verified by Visa MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Returns

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 30 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of damage/wear
  • No stains/odours

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

You’ll need the following info to register your return:

  • Order number (you can find this on your invoice included in your parcel or on your order confirmation)
  • E-mail address
  • Shipping address

How to register your return:

  1. Enter your order number AND postcode OR e-mail OR phone number
  2. Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
  3. Confirm your original personal and delivery info (amend if needed)
  4. Select your preferred returns method & complete your payment for your returns label.
  5. Download and print your returns label and returns form. Remember to place this card and your printed returns form in your parcel when your ship your return.

Once you can see your return has reached our warehouse please allow up to 7 working days for this to be confirmed via e-mail.
Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return reaches us.

Problem with your delivered parcel?

In the unlikely occurrence you have received an incorrect item, a faulty item or something is missing from your order please email our customer service team at glacierlondonco@gmail.com and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you.

Refunds

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 30 working days from the date of your delivery.
